Form Fitting Marled Knit Dress | Women’s Hailey Fashion Boots | Wide Brim Ribbon Band Fedora Floppy Hat | Large Scarves Knit Cashmere Feel | Flat Fold Over Clutch
Boots are an absolute staple for the winter and these are hands down my favorite pair! They are really practical and simple but stylish.
Riding boots are my winter go to, they are so amazing with so many different types of looks. They are my ballet flat equivalent, just the basic beautiful go to.
These boots are perfect for tucking jeans into. They are the perfect width to get skinny jeans tucked into with out bunching and looking funny (you know exactly what I’m talking about). I even love these
for dresses like above, they are my go to look. Its an absolute staple everyone needs in their closet for winter and spring. I hope I inspired you to go out and get my favorite must have shoe for winter!
So I’m not gonna lie, I’m a huge fan of vintage inspired looks. There’s just something so chic and classy about styles of days gone by. The styles are so flattering and beautiful.
This look in particular hits on 4 of my serious loves, polka dots, bows, belts and flowy skirts. There’s something so incredibly playful and incredibly flattering about this look I just love. Belts and A-line skirts are just always such a great look for every body type. Such a bold belt really emphasizes the waist creating a great hourglass shape. My dog might even have a matching dress but that’s for another day.
Now this top is so adorable and perfect not just for this outfit but for so many with the great neckline and bow to keep cleavage from being a bit “too much.” The nice wide neck is great for opening up the face and chest area.
This is a top I would wear with a pencil skirt or jeans it honestly is so versatile. The scallop hem makes it easy to dress up or down and the bow makes it so feminine I’m just in love.

Now let’s talk about these shoes. I’ve featured these shoes several times before. These are my favorite Minolo inspired shoes. They are incredibly similar to the pair featured in the Sex in the City movie (even the same color) and are insanely comfortable. For under $60 they are an impressive inspired shoe.
Overall this vintage inspired look is classic and so flattering, it’s a look that can be so easily mixed and matched with so many pieces to create really unique outfits ooo yea and did I mention everything is on prime?
One of my favorite and easiest ways to pull together any look is to add a waist cinching belt. They can take a dress from frumpy to fabulous in an instant! But not all belts are created equal.

Belts to me come in 3 thicknesses: thin, medium and thick and each serve a purpose.
Thick belts, like this one pictured, are the one you will most commonly see me use to cinch in a shapeless outfit or really emphasize and give oomph to a waist line in any outfit. They very clearly define the waist and give great style to any outfit (and really help give those oversized sweaters some shape instead of swallowing you whole)
Women’s Stretch Belt
Medium belts are my favorite for breaking up an outfit. When a color or print can be too much of a good thing I use a simple medium belt like above to break it up and keep from looking too much like a walking pattern or piece of fruit 😂.

This also tends to be the size of belt included when a shirt or dress comes with one. This is what size manufacturers make fabric belts that tie and match your clothing. They do a great job typically but if you want to mix it up this is something to keep in mind.

Now last but not least is the skinny belt. This belt can make one of the biggest statements. Now personally I love a pure sparkle skinny belt to make a serious statement. They create a more delicate line across the body so the style and nature of the fabric and cut is something to really keep in mind or the belt can look out of place.
Ok ladies I hope that belts are a little less scary and that you are ready to play and make them your new best friend. They are my favorite way to make an outfit different and work in ways it might not have otherwise.

This romper is coming out for Thanksgiving this week and all of the family gatherings! The best part is its on Prime! The color is literally perfect for the holidays and so flattering for so many skin tones. I love the one shoulder cut of the top it gives it a really unique feeling while still being very friendly for even the most conservative of families.
Wide Leg Sleeveless One Shoulder Jumpsuit | Cat Eye Mirrored Flat Lenses | Envelope Clutch | Layered with Tassel Necklace | Ona Round Toe Ballet Flats
What makes this jumpsuit so amazingly flattering is the great pant shape. The great wide and straight leg floats away from even the parts of your legs you like the very least! It hides any body flaws you might not be the most fond of. The tie waist cinches in to create the perfect hour glass shape. This jumpsuit creates the perfect long and lean shape that is incredibly flattering on so many body types. This is going to be amazing for every body shape but especially our pear shaped readers (wide and straight legged pants are always going to be your friend and overall flattering on everyone). Its super chic and a great addition for the winter and holidays.
This is going to be a great go to for pants for the winter for special occasions and date nights!
